The Company may cancel if the minimum group size (3 participants) is not met. In that case you receive a full refund.
Tours operate as scheduled in rain or snow. Cancellation occurs only under an official weather warning or when authorities close the route or facilities, in which case you receive a full refund.

Travelers under 18 may not participate unless accompanied by a guardian.
Infants under 36 months travel free on a no-seat basis. If you need a seat, please book the child fare.
Children under 6 must use a car seat under Korean law. We do not provide car seats — guardians must bring their own. Boarding may be refused without one, and no refund is given in that case.
This tour does not include personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing your own.
If an accident occurs during the tour, notify your guide immediately on the spot.
Please tell us at booking about any pre-existing condition, pregnancy, mobility limitation, or allergy.
