Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-30
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Lecirt ("the Company") and users of the website www.lecirt.com ("the Site") in connection with the booking of tour products and related services ("the Services").
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services under these Terms.
2. "Traveler" means any person who actually participates in a tour; this may differ from the User.
3. "Product" means a day tour and its ancillary services sold by the Company through the Site.
4. "Departure Time" means the boarding or assembly time for each departure point as stated in the Booking Confirmation. All time periods under these Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy are calculated from this point.
5. "Minimum Group Size" means the minimum number of participants required to operate the tour.
Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of Terms)
1. The Company posts these Terms on the Site so that Users may readily review them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law.
3. Amendments will be announced on the Site at least 7 days before their effective date, or at least 30 days in advance where the amendment is unfavorable to Users.
4. Amended Terms apply only to contracts concluded on or after the effective date. Bookings already confirmed remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of booking.
Article 4 (Nature of the Services)
1. The Company is a General Travel Agency registered under the Korean Tourism Promotion Act (Registration No. 2025-000017). It plans and sells Products and arranges transport, meals, and admissions.
2. The Company maintains business guarantee insurance as required by Article 9 of the Tourism Promotion Act.
3. Individual services may be delivered by partner operators selected by the Company.
Article 5 (Booking and Formation of Contract)
1. A User makes a booking request by selecting the departure date, number of participants, options, and pickup point, entering traveler details, and paying the tour fee in full.
2. When a User makes a booking request, the Company holds the seats for the time shown on the payment page (20 minutes as a rule). If payment is not completed within that time, the seats are released and the booking request lapses. However, if payment is completed afterwards and seats remain for the selected departure date, the contract is formed under paragraph 3.
3. The travel contract is formed when payment is completed. As soon as the Company verifies that payment has been completed, it sends a "Booking Confirmation" to the email address provided by the User.
4. The Company refunds a payment in full without delay, with no cancellation fee, and notifies the User by email. The following payments do not form a travel contract:
Payment was completed after the seat-hold time had ended and no seats remained for the selected departure date by then
A further payment was made for a booking that had already been paid (the duplicate payment)
The amount or currency paid does not match the booking
5. Where a cancellation is attributable to the Company, Article 5 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. The Company may cancel a booking in the following cases, in which event the full amount is refunded with no cancellation fee:
Traveler information is inaccurate or incomplete
The traveler does not meet the participation conditions stated on the product page
The price displayed was manifestly incorrect due to a system or exchange rate error
Other circumstances materially impairing normal service delivery
6. Upon receiving the Booking Confirmation, the User must promptly verify the product name, departure date, meeting point and time, number of participants, and traveler names (in English), and notify the Company immediately of any error.
Article 6 (Prices and Payment)
1. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), and payment is made in US Dollars (USD).
2. The tour fee is paid in full at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are international credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay.
3. Payment is processed through licensed payment gateways (Korea PortOne Co., Ltd. and Eximbay). The Company does not collect or store full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVC codes.
4. Exchange rate notice: Your card issuer applies its own exchange rate and may charge foreign transaction fees. The amount charged or refunded in your home currency may therefore differ from the displayed price. The Company is not responsible for such differences or issuer fees.
5. The Company charges no separate booking fee beyond the displayed price.
Article 7 (Obligations of Users and Travelers)
1. Users must provide accurate information at booking and bear any disadvantage arising from inaccurate information.

3. Travelers must follow the safety instructions of guides and drivers, including wearing seat belts.
4. Travelers must carry valid identification (original passport for foreign nationals).
5. The Company may refuse participation or require a traveler to leave the tour, with no refund, where the traveler:
Is unable to participate normally due to alcohol or drugs
Causes harm to other travelers through abusive language, violence, or harassment
Repeatedly refuses to follow safety instructions
Violates, or is clearly about to violate, applicable law
6. Travelers must disclose at booking any pregnancy, existing medical condition, allergy, or mobility limitation that may affect the tour.
