- Tours operate as scheduled in rain or snow. Cancellation occurs only under an official weather warning or when authorities close the route or facilities, in which case you receive a full refund.
ELIGIBILITY & SAFETY
- Travelers under 18 may not participate unless accompanied by a guardian.
- Infants under 36 months travel free on a no-seat basis. If you need a seat, please book the child fare.
- Children under 6 must use a car seat under Korean law. We do not provide car seats — guardians must bring their own. Boarding may be refused without one, and no refund is given in that case.
- This tour does not include personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing your own.
